Metal Fabrication Specialist
Starts at $21.18 / hr, no experience required.
OSH Cut is seeking full-time help to assist in manufacturing and shipping fabricated metal parts. The work sometimes involves carrying heavy parts up to 50 lbs.
This is an entry-level position. You will begin with training in quality and shipping, inspecting, labeling, packing, and shipping fabricated parts. But there are opportunities for rapid growth in both experience and pay immediately. Depending on your interest, you will have opportunities to receive additional on-the-job training for laser, brake, finishing equipment, and forklift operation, team management, shift leadership, etc. Pay raises are guaranteed over time, with initial and significant raises every 6 months. Raises may be accelerated due to certification in manufacturing processes including, quality, shipping, and forklift, press brake, laser, and finishing equipment operation.
Full and part-time positions are available. Full-time position includes health and dental insurance, HSA contribution matching, dental insurance, two business-weeks / year PTO, and paid holidays.
